- ⦁ To ensure that the team give exemplary hospitality to the guest at all times

- ⦁ To maintain and improve food and beverage profits by monitoring wastage and breakages and implementing remedial actions

- ⦁ Establish and maintain strict security procedures within your department, reporting any potential risks to the directors
- ⦁ Ensuring adequate staffing to cover the business. Developing staff in an efficient way to ensure all mis-en-place is in place for oncoming shifts
