Working hours

Responsibility
- ensuring the site under your supervision is a safe working environment and meets all Health and Safety standards
- supervising workers, subcontractors, and work activities
- opening and closing of sites and securing tools, equipment, and materials
- preparing and presenting site inductions, safety briefings , and toolbox talks
- carrying out regular inspections of the site and workers
- helping project managers to plan the work program
- helping coordinate deliveries of materials, plant , and equipment
- completing records for site reports
Requirements
- it is expected that the successful candidate would have experience in delivering similar-sized or equivalent schemes in the past
- experience and understanding of every stage and individual trade involved in a standard residential construction project from start to completion

- comprehensive knowledge of Health and Safety requirements and procedures for a construction site

- the ability to manage, communicate with, motivate, and if necessary discipline personnel under your supervision
