MDS Battery Limited are an on-line retailer and distributor of industrial, commercial and automotive batteries based in Brimsdown
we have a vacancy for an Office Operations Manager based at our North London office/warehouse in Brimsdown
oversee the sales operation – telephone and on-line sales to consumers and trade
co-ordinate between the sales function and warehouse to ensure all orders are processed and despatched on time
ensure the smooth running of the sales office and warehouse
we are looking for someone who can join our small team and take control of the administrative and operational aspects of the business – ideally you’ll have experience of managing a sales office, have excellent organisational and IT skills, good attention to detail, have a hands on approach and the ability to think on your feet using your skills to keep the office running smoothly
Requirements
office operations management experience
excellent planning, organisational and time management skills
good problem solving and decision making skills
this is a full time permanent position
salary £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, reviewed after 6 months
working hours are Monday to Friday 9.00AM to 5.00PM, 28 days annual paid holiday including bank holidays and a company pension scheme
