Requirements

  • the ideal candidate will be/have
  • time served Joiner
  • SVQ in Joinery or equivalent experience in a relevant role
  • experience of Customer Care or Client Facing experience would be beneficial
  • IT literate, able to operate basic IT systems including tablets, databases, etc
  • effective communicator, both written and verbally
  • this role is ideally suited to an experienced Joiner who has relevant experience within the construction and/or property maintenance industry and has worked in a customer facing environment previously
  • time Management Skills – able to prioritise workload and clearly communicate to ensure programmes are met

Responsibility

  • updating CRM database – Clixifix
  • submit timesheets on time
  • ensuring effective use of systems and clear communication with the Customer Care Admin team to ensure appointments are completed, works are accurately recorded and updated and new appointments arranged as necessary
