- hospitality Front of house service experience
- 2 years minimum experience in events, weddings or in the hospitality industry
- A passion for the industry and all that brings, always looking to be professional, welcoming, helpful and always friendly service
- building client relationships while being professional, welcoming and friendly
- ability to organise, manage and motivate a team of event staff at events or weddings of all sizes
- you will need excellent time management skills, keeping to event timings and run sheets specifications in a pressured environment
- attention to detail is a must, all details however small are important
