Requirements

  • experience leading/managing a busy kitchen pass
  • hospitality Front of house service experience
  • 2 years minimum experience in events, weddings or in the hospitality industry
  • A passion for the industry and all that brings, always looking to be professional, welcoming, helpful and always friendly service
  • building client relationships while being professional, welcoming and friendly
  • ability to organise, manage and motivate a team of event staff at events or weddings of all sizes
  • you will need excellent time management skills, keeping to event timings and run sheets specifications in a pressured environment
  • attention to detail is a must, all details however small are important
