- provide guidance, mentoring and training to the divisional Contracts Team
- ensure compliance across the division companies with all tender and contract management processes, ensuring continuous improvement
- drafting and negotiations of service, construction, decommissioning and engineering contracts, subcontracts, joint ventures, consortium and co-operation agreements
- drafting of contractual and insurance claims, VORs and assistance to the Project Managers in the contractual management of projects
- global Engineering Services group have created a new position for a Senior Contracts Manager to lead a small contracts team within their Energy Division
- review estimating and pricing models with the PM, updating and improving
- reporting to the Energy division GC, based in Aberdeen and supporting the oil & gas, renewables and other energy businesses within the group
