- due to ongoing expansion, we are looking for spray painter to join our busy production team
- A Paint Sprayer is a skilled professional responsible for applying paint coatings to surfaces, ensuring a high-quality finish
- it is a crucial role in preparing surfaces for painting, ensuring a smooth and high-quality finish
- prepare surfaces for painting by sanding, cleaning, masking, and priming as required
- identify imperfections, dents, or flaws on surfaces and address them appropriately before painting
- properly clean and maintain paint sprayers, guns, and associated tools to ensure optimal performance
- adhere to safety protocols and industry regulations to maintain a secure work environment
Requirements
- proficient in using various methods to apply paint, including spray guns, brushes, and rollers
- previous experience in a similar role within industries like automotive, construction, or manufacturing
- knowledge and experience in accurately mixing and matching paint colours
- ability to troubleshoot and address unexpected issues that may arise during the painting process
