  • due to ongoing expansion, we are looking for spray painter to join our busy production team
  • A Paint Sprayer is a skilled professional responsible for applying paint coatings to surfaces, ensuring a high-quality finish
  • it is a crucial role in preparing surfaces for painting, ensuring a smooth and high-quality finish
  • prepare surfaces for painting by sanding, cleaning, masking, and priming as required
  • identify imperfections, dents, or flaws on surfaces and address them appropriately before painting
  • properly clean and maintain paint sprayers, guns, and associated tools to ensure optimal performance
  • adhere to safety protocols and industry regulations to maintain a secure work environment

Requirements

  • proficient in using various methods to apply paint, including spray guns, brushes, and rollers
  • previous experience in a similar role within industries like automotive, construction, or manufacturing
  • knowledge and experience in accurately mixing and matching paint colours
  • ability to troubleshoot and address unexpected issues that may arise during the painting process
  • detail-oriented with a strong commitment to producing high-quality work
  • understanding of quality control procedures to ensure the final product meets industry standards and customer expectations
  • understanding and adherence to safety protocols and industry regulations
  • competent in the operation and maintenance of paint sprayers, guns, and related tools
