Requirements

  • as mentioned above, previous experience as a Customer Service Advisor would be advantageous though not a must have
  • A commitment to delivering excellent customer service
  • you will need to be computer literate
  • target driven and able to successfully meet KPI measures
  • we are also keen to hear from candidates with relevant skills i.e. Sales Executive, Graduate, Telesales Executive. Experience within legal services, claims management, insurance or financial services would be advantageous but not essential

Responsibility

  • your role will be to assess the enquiries and look for potential opportunities for pursuing a claim. This will be done by running through a structured pre-qualification call with the customer to obtain specific information
  • manage new claims enquiries via inbound or outbound calls to follow up on our customer’s initial web enquiry – so no cold calling involved
