Responsibility

- Design evaluation procedures so that the company can have a quick understanding about clients’ academic performance
- Managing clients profiles and addressing clients complaints or concerns
- Attend online and offline events and may require speeches and talks
- Give potential clients advice on the entry requirements of various programs of schools and universities in the UK and other English-speaking countries
Requirements
- proven experience in administrative management or related role
- proven ability to manage and supervise multidisciplinary and cross- functional teams
- resilience, to enable you to deal with problems and constructive criticism
- strong leadership and management skills
- strong trend awareness to identify market trends and customers’ behaviour
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- proficiency in English and Fluency in Chinese Language
