- in this role you will have ownership over a small but busy workforce, catering for both e- commerce and internal/external orders. You will need to be proactive, able to prioritise and communicate well
- who are we looking for?: We are seeking a driven, motivated Production/Warehouse Manager to join our team
- it is essential that you have experience in a similar position or are an experienced, Production Supervisor/Team Leader looking to progress your career as a Production Manager and are comfortable working with a high degree of autonomy

Requirements
- bakery experience is preferred
- A relevant manufacturing background, ideally with experience in small batch production would be ideal
- exceptional financial acumen, confidence and ability in understanding profit margins and costing products independently
- structured and systematic person with hands-on attitude
- strong knowledge and extensive experience of legislation relating to food safety
- flexible and stress resistant personality
- excellent attention to detail
