- microsoft Stack and all Windows Operating systems experience
- ability to identify root cause of problems and implement solutions not temporary fixes
- experience with Mobile Device Management solutions
Responsibility
- ensure high levels of performance within the network
- management of Virtual Servers, Operating systems, and end user device estate
- manage crisis situations effectively and work under pressure to resolve problems, if required
- provide 1st and 2nd line IT support and training, sharing technical knowledge
- curate technical documentation where required
- working within the technical team to implement new solutions
- installing, configuring, and maintaining in house and 3rd party software
- build strong relations both within MCC Digital and customer environment
