Responsibility

  • responsible for setting-up and maintaining the agency preferred supplier list working closely with business leads in order to do so

  • support arrangements for selection processes. Organise and conduct pre-screening candidate interviews and reference checks
  • maintain a pipeline of participants for future new employee orientation, based on new hires each quarter

Requirements

  • minimum of 5 Years of resourcing experience

Responsibility

  • prepare monthly management accounts for the UK and Greek entities
  • liaising with various department heads and running through respective projects to determine an accurate picture of monthly income and costs
  • be a main point of contact for the organisation’s PMI tool
  • responsibility for posting/reviewing monthly accruals and prepayments and maintain supporting schedules
  • intercompany reporting and reconciliation
  • ad hoc assistance to the Project teams with the commercial elements of Projects
  • assist with preparation of Forecasts and Budgets
  • responsible for reviewing, updating and posting project revenue and costs on monthly basis. Post monthly income, costs and WIP at a project level using the organisation’s PMI tool
