Working hours

  • full-time

Responsibility

  • we are currently seeking a hardworking and focused individual to join our team at MCB Fabrications
  • the successful candidate should be able to read and understand engineers drawings preferably with a minimum of 2 years fabricating experience
  • duties will include manufacturing and installing structural steelworks. ie Staircases, Balconies, Portal frame buildings, Mezzanine floors etc. Also the general fabrication of gates, rails and balustrades

Requirements

  • must be able to work on your own initiative or as part of a team
  • valid CSCS card
  • must also have a flexible approach towards working hours as overtime and working away is sometimes necessary
  • preferably NVQ level 2 in welding and fabricating
  • must be able to work on their own initiative or as part of a team
  • ipaf, slinger/banksman cards would be an advantage however this is not essential as training could be given to the right candidate
  • CSCS, Ipaf, slinger/banksman cards would be an advantage however this is not essential as training could be given to the right candidate
  • full driving license is essential + own transport due to location
