Responsibility
- reporting directly to the HR Manager
- provide support to HR & Payroll Coordinator
- coordinate and support Company inductions and performance reviews
- manage HR communications and escalate where appropriate to HR lead
Requirements
- ideal candidates will have a strong foundation of HR administration and understand the processes required for compliant people processes
- you must be comfortable with juggling numerous tasks and prioritising workloads
- desires skills and training progression – potential to support the right candidate with obtaining CIPD qualifications
- experience from a Construction background or similar is desirable but not essential
- confident note taker
- has a full UK driving licence and access to vehicle
- close attention to detail
- strong written and verbal communication
