  • preparing correspondence and legal documents from digital dictation
  • being first point of contact and answering any calls, take message and support visitors to the office
  • maintain diaries and arrange appointments
  • manage all filing, both hard and soft copies
  • open and closure of client files and sending documents for storage
  • reception Duties
  • all aspects of administration in a legal firm

Requirements

  • previous experience within a similar role
  • we may also consider a Trainee Administrative Assistant/Secretary for a candidate with good inter personal skills and drive
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • the position will be full-time Monday to Friday
  • experience with typing
  • confidence dealing with clients and colleagues of all levels
  • strong technical capability
  • committed to providing a first-class service at all times
