- being first point of contact and answering any calls, take message and support visitors to the office
- maintain diaries and arrange appointments

Requirements
- previous experience within a similar role
- we may also consider a Trainee Administrative Assistant/Secretary for a candidate with good inter personal skills and drive
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
