Working hours
- full-time | Permanent
Responsibility
- confident driver, with full clean licence, able to tow an advantage. You will be driving in London and surrounding areas
- taking responsibility for your vehicle, its cleanliness and the contents within
- able to organise your workload efficiently and to a high standard. Communicating well with your subordinates to achieve your portfolio of work. Able to understand and use cloud-based systems for reporting and job analysis
- able to understand the importance of client/customer satisfaction and able to converse responsibly when requested. In today's climate understanding these needs is paramount
- good working knowledge of industry machinery and familiar with powered equipment and able to use ride on mowers, or at least be familiar in the use of
Requirements
- able to demonstrate Team leadership experience
- provide checkable references
- spray licence and trailer licence would be preferable, but training can be given to the right candidate
- you will need to have at least 4 years’ experience in this industry, either gardening or grounds/landscape maintenance with a good knowledge of gardening and able to demonstrate your experience in this industry
- driving licence is essential, and you will need your own transport, as you would need to be able to get to our yard near Chelmsford, Essex for early morning starts ready for travelling to sites
- you must be a well organised individual, able to communicate well with your work colleagues, as you will have a portfolio of sites to maintain at a high standard
