Working hours
- full-time | Permanent
Responsibility
- lead and manage the SSC
- facilitate Communication between UK and AU
- monitor performance, mentoring and supporting to ensure all Support Centre team members are operating at an optimal level
- highlight key performance issues with the staff members and implement Performance Improvement Plans as required
- positively align with the strategic direction of the business and provide effective direction to Direct Reports
- positively align with the strategic direction of Sonder and provide effective direction to Direct Reports
- be the key connectivity conduit between Member Support UK & Member Support AU/NZ. Work closely with functional leads across both regions to manage local performance, change management and customer requirements
- provide insight into challenges facing the local operation and work with functional leaders to create a continuous improvement culture that creates excellent outcomes for our customers
Education
- people Leadership experience with associated tertiary qualifications in training, management, and leadership
- minimum 5 years of experience working in and managing teams within relevant sectors
Requirements
- current National Police Check result
- proven ability to innovate to solve complex problems
- working with Children/Vulnerable People check
- excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships internally and with external stakeholders
- valid Driving License
- excellent time management skills
- ability to exercise discretion when appropriate
- proactively seek ways to enhance your own performance
