the right candidate will play an important part within the business, working proactively to keep all offices running effectively and efficiently
due to business growth we are looking for a full time Office Manager to ensure the smooth running of multiple offices for the business
reporting to the Operations Manager and Managing Director, the right candidate will be flexible, positive and able to take the initiative to manage multiple tasks across a number of offices for the business
control and own the formatting for all documentation leaving the business, ensuring it follows company design and branding
work with the Directors and our Insurance company to ensure all policies are kept up to date
meeting and travel organisation for Directors and employees
ensuring all equipment for staff is correct and order additional when needed
Requirements
previous experience of working within a similar role
organised and able to work to tight deadlines
excellent communication, organisation and interpersonal skills
works well under pressure
proactive approach with the ability to organise and prioritise own workload as well as others
