  • A1 Applications for UK based employees – proof of paying social security in the UK
  • compliance registrations for working overseas, e.g. Limosa, RUT
  • responsible for local business unit administrative tasks
  • administrative assistance for locally based HR and Recruitment Teams
  • accepting incoming calls to the office
  • supporting with HR and Recruitment Administration
  • business unit related travel bookings
  • scheduling meetings

Requirements

  • desirable Wind Industry background
  • previous business administration ideally within the wind or oil/gas industry
  • excellent communication skills with ability to communicate at all levels within the business
  • flexible and able to work within a fast-paced environment
  • ability to self-motivate and manage own workload
  • excellent organisational, multitasking and prioritisation skills
  • international experiences in communicating and understanding cultural differences
  • highly motivated, driven to deliver highest standard of service
