  • to support the completion, review and implementation of adequate fire risk assessments
  • to advise on matters relating to energy control and conservation
  • to undertake regular security/fire safety checks and identify risks
  • to contribute to planning, development and organisation of systems/procedures/policies relating to resources and assets
  • upkeep of the garden, and trees
  • to monitor fire safety equipment and carry out appropriate fire safety drills and equipment tests
  • do PAT testing yearly
  • to be responsible for maintaining records, information and data, producing analysis and reports as required
