Responsibility
- we are seeking a professional and experienced Operations Manager/House Manager to join and manage private household in Mayfair
- ensure efficient management and organization of household operations, including staff supervision, scheduling, and coordination of daily activities
- oversee budgets, financial matters, and maintain financial records
- coordinate and oversee household staff, including training and performance management
- manage household inventories, including procurement of supplies and equipment
- this is a fantastic opportunity to work for a prominent business family and oversee the smooth operation and management of their estate
- liaise with external contractors and suppliers to ensure the smooth running of the property and coordinate any necessary repairs or maintenance
Requirements
- proven experience as an Operation Manager, House Manager, or similar role in a high-end private household
- strong organizational and managerial skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- knowledge of household systems, maintenance, and technical equipment
- proficiency in budgeting and financial management
- discretion, confidentiality, and a professional attitude
- high attention to detail and a proactive approach
- flexibility to work occasional late evenings and weekends as required
