Responsibility
- you will need to be clinically excellent with fantastic hands-on skills and a solid background in MSK and spinal rehabilitation
- you need a desire to offer the best to all clients
- you will have a thirst for learning and wanting to improve
- if you’ve got a passion for helping people with sports, spinal or complex injuries and to achieve their goals and you’re skilled in interpersonal relationships and you’re a great learner, you might just be the person we’re looking for
- you will need to be able to take feedback and set high expectations of yourself and your team
- you are a team player and have good energy
- you will have experience in the day to day running of a busy, multi-site clinic, overviewing operational tasks such as compliance to policies and procedures, Front of House Support, dairy management, and be responsible for keeping technical equipment and the clinic spaces clean and in working order
- you will be active and passionate in marketing of the clinic, looking to maintain current relationships with external referral sources, as well as working hard to identify new referral opportunities to help the business grow and thrive
Requirements
- BSc physiotherapy
- full registration with HCPC and CSP
- previous management experience or similar
- previous clinical working experience in private healthcare practice
