due to continued growth, we are looking for the right person to join our expanding team based in our Rossendale Office
the projects we have require experience in both residential & commercial development
you will have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to identify, mitigate and communicate risks and issues as they arise
the ideal candidate will have a strong academic record and preferably hold a Royal Town Planning Institute accredited Masters degree in Town planning, or relevant equivalent qualification. Salary offered will be commensurate to experience
candidates will ideally have at least 2 years of experience in planning / development / land either in Local Government or private practice

undertake site assessments, planning appraisals and providing initial advice and quotations to new and existing clients
prepare and submit planning and enforcement appeals
maintain an upto date knowledge of changes to planning legislation and local and national policy
establish strong relationships with Clients and Co-Consultants by ensuring an excellent service is delivered to new and existing Clients
