- A growing construction company is in need of a construction manager. This role would suit a newly qualified site manager, surveyor, or Quantity Surveyor looking to gain some experience in the construction industry
- creating and updating cost schedules, plans, programs, and registers
- purchasing materials
- issuing, creating, and updating valuation documents and information
Requirements
- MS Teams
- PDF manipulation
- you must also have a solid ability to manage time and tasks and be punctual and efficient
- as part of the interview, we will ask you to demonstrate your written English and ability to use the software
- you must hold a minimum CSCS , SMSTS, and First Aid At Work 3 Day. Fire Marshal Desirable
- excellent communication skills and good H&S knowledge
- you will be reporting directly to a visiting Contracts Manager
