Requirements
- at least 2 years of retail management experience
- you must be a team player and have excellent time keeping skills
- you must be confident and sales focussed
- you will help drive in store sales
- must be able to help manage employee shift rotas
- stock control and back office experience
- booking in deliveries and chasing up delivery dates
- making sure products are priced correctly
Responsibility
- as a third key holder of the store, you must be flexible with your hours and able to work alternate weekends
- as a retail Supervisor you will support the Store Manager and Deputy Manager with the daily operation of the store. You will be required to effectively replenish stock within the store to maximise sales
- you should bring with you great team building skills, strong leadership skills and be fully organised within all aspects in helping to assist and deliver fantastic overall store operations management
Contract type
- this is a permanent position. The hourly rate is in-line with current Government hourly rates Guidelines as of April 2022
