Responsibility
- working with the sales team and reporting to the general manager
- finalising sales and following sales reminders via a CRM system
- you will carry out invoicing and being attentive to stock control
- providing customer with product technical information and fielding in bound technical sales enquiries
- occasional travel to attend customers and to staff national trade events
- based in Wrexham North Wales we are looking for candidates with experience in the independent vehicle aftermarket, vehicle technical knowledge is not essential as we are looking for a person who has commercial sales experience
- the role is to internally support the field sales team, the web sales team and the internal sales team with enquires to follow up new leads from the team members
Requirements
- experience of phone sales and building customer relationships
- sales experience-essential
- automotive background - would be preferred, but not essential as training given
- experience in dealing with the independent vehicle aftermarket sector preferred but not essential
- knowledge of windows systems and administration is essential
- previous use of CRM systems, is preferred training will be given
- driving licence essential
- automotive service: 3 years
