Requirements

- A Team player, capable of working constructively across functions
- experience of creating and amending BOMs and routers
- self-motivated, driven and capable of working on own initiative with minimal supervision
- timing jobs for manual work content and machine cycle times to establish line balancing and target setting
- high-level of attention to detail
- management of operatives desirable, ideally OEE
- excellent communication skills
Responsibility
- to deputise for Operations Manager as necessary
- to develop and implement corrective actions that are effective
- to work with teams throughout the business to sustain improvements realised
