  • deliver exceptional standards, drive sales, ensure quality and have a real passion for food
  • owned and managed by MATTGRAY Hospitality – Yorkshire based Hospitality consultants and operators, The Drovers Arms is now recruiting for an experienced Sous Chef to continue supporting our Head Chef, Mike Cummings delivering a superior food offering, exceptional detail using some of the amazing produce Yorkshire has to offer
  • assist the Head Chef across all sections to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the kitchen, taking ownership during their absence
  • provide mentoring and training to the junior members of the team
  • work closely with the front of house team to ensure the highest standards of service are always delivered
