  • leasehold Enfranchisement: Solicitor/Legal Executive/Licensed Conveyancer
  • team: Leasehold Enfranchisement and Management Services
  • location: City Point, Leeds
  • the Leasehold Enfranchisement and Management Services team specialises in residential leasehold related matters. The team is increasingly busy with a growing number of instructions, and they are recruiting for the above position
  • preparing and submitting applications to the First-tier Tribunal
  • licence for alterations
