Responsibility

  • we are seeking an experienced and motivated Construction Site Manager to join our team on a permanent basis
  • coordinate and manage subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring that they adhere to the project schedule and quality requirements
  • monitor and maintain site safety, ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations
  • keep accurate records of project progress, including daily site reports, progress photos, and project documentation
  • liaise with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure that project requirements are understood and delivered
  • manage the day-to-day operations of the construction site, ensuring that work is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • the successful candidate will be responsible for the daily management of our construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards

Requirements

  • ideally from a trade background with relevant qualifications and experience
  • hold a SMSTS accreditation as well as a CSCS card
  • excellent communication and leadership skills
  • strong organizational and time management skills
  • ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
  • willingness to travel and work on sites all over the United Kingdom
