Responsibility

overseeing the production process, drafting a production schedule and ensuring it is adhered to
supervise staff to produce manufactured products and organise and monitor workflow
accomplish manufacturing results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures
maintain workflow by monitoring and upgrading processes, monitoring personnel and resources, studying methods, implementing cost reductions, developing reporting procedures and systems
monitor productivity rates and product standards and implement quality control programs
research and negotiate with vendors and suppliers to improve efficiency of processes and reduce unnecessary costs
manage a small team of trainee installers/manufacturing team
complete production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel, accomplishing work results, establishing priorities, monitoring progress, revising schedules, resolving problems, and reporting results

Requirements
