- standard CRB/DBS check
- demonstrable office experience using administrative office systems and practices. Sage 200 experience is preferred
- taking notes over lengthy periods, analysing and interpreting complicated information which is also sensitive/confidential

- ability to understand, demonstrate and communicate the range of produce supplied by the client
- communicate and develop strong working relationships with a wide and diverse range of people

- experience and confidence in dealing with people and the ability to establish working relationships at all levels of the organisation
