Responsibility
- conduct property viewings, valuations, and listings
- showcase your skills in pitching to potential Landlords
- become an area expert, specializing in London Bridge and its surroundings
- striving to exceed personal targets
- registering applicants and understanding their key requirements through telephone and face-to-face interactions
- arranging and conducting property viewings
- collaborating with the Lettings Manager to identify and nurture new business opportunities
- managing tenancy agreements while liaising with both landlords and tenants
Requirements
- full UK driver's licence and access to a car
- strong negotiation skills
- previous customer service or sales experience
- excellent organizational skills
- exceptional communication abilities
- proficiency in using computers
- while a minimum of 18 months of direct Lettings experience is preferred, it's not essential as you will be provided with comprehensive training that offers a clear path for career advancement
