Responsibility

  • liaising with all parties to ensure the defined processes are embedded and adhered to, including 3rd party due diligence, formulation of contracts and organisational structures

  • reviewing and adapting when required to ensure contracts are fit for purpose and continue to drive the quality and value we seek
  • leading the negotiations of commercial proposals for new supplier contracts, influencing where required to ensure they reflect the set standards to drive quality and value

senior designer

Responsibility

  • review samples to ensure briefs have been followed
  • managing and developing the company ‘key looks’, liaising with suppliers on trends and design details
  • undertake factory visits and attend Trade and Trend shows, providing detailed feedback to the Buying teams

junior developer

Responsibility

  • collaborate with Merchandise Planning to analyse sales data to inform product development and range building
  • conduct market research and analyse competitor products to identify future opportunities
  • develop product strategies alongside Product developer, considering customer values, pricing, and brand positioning
  • range Build and Sign-off
  • conduct block review and initial fit approvals, liaising with Purchasing and Technical to ensure proper fit and comfort
  • responsible for the delivery of the product pack and quantities to product purchasing

Responsibility

  • implement partitioning and security measures to prevent unauthorised access and ensure the secure storage of sensitive data within the whole data environment?
  • support with building simple ad-hoc dashboards and reports to support critical business needs during key phases, providing insights and visualisations for decision-making purposes?
