- we are seeking a dedicated and passionate MFL to join a brilliant school in Brighton, part of a wider-multi academy trust
- plan and deliver engaging and interactive MFL lessons that cater to a range of abilities
- assess and monitor student progress through regular evaluations, assignments, and examinations
- provide constructive feedback and support to help students achieve their language-learning goals
- promote an appreciation for the culture and traditions of the countries where the language is spoken
- organize cultural events, trips, or projects to enhance language learning beyond the classroom
- explore innovative teaching methods, including the use of technology, to enhance language learning
- keep up-to-date with developments in language education and share best practices with colleagues
Education
- bachelor's
Requirements
- qualified Teacher Status or equivalent teaching qualification
- specialism in one or more modern foreign languages
- strong language proficiency and a passion for language teaching
- previous experience teaching MFL at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 is desirable
- excellent classroom management skills
- commitment to continuous professional development
- teaching: 1 year
