- the post holder is an experienced Pharmacist who will perform Pharmacist duties as part of the clinical team
- you will support the Medicines Management team to ensure that medicines are procured, distributed and stored effectively to support service delivery
- you will assist in authoring key policies and documents related to the safe utilisation of medicines within Mastercall Healthcare
- you will have a key role in training other Health Care professionals and support staff and developing the Medicines Management team
- you will assist the Safety and Quality team to Audit prescribing and medicine utilisation within Mastercall Healthcare
- you will provide specialist Pharmaceutical advice to Medical and Nursing staff on the use of medicines and will play a key part in ensuring that medicines are used optimally within Mastercall Healthcare services, so that our patients obtain the best possible outcomes
