- day to Day management of the Estimating team
- planning and managing all aspects of our bids, providing support and expertise to the estimators
- ensuring effective bid management and leadership is provided on all tenders
- understanding and interacting with the wider business, to ensure a consistent approach
- establishing winning strategies and writing plans for quality led bids and participate in reviews of prequalification documents and tenders
- building effective relationships, with key stakeholders
- identifying team and process improvements to ensure the estimating team are efficient and accurate in the work they are carrying out
- working to deadlines on multiple PQQs / Tenders and prioritising accordingly
