Responsibility

• perform various ad-hoc duties including issuing monthly tax documents, managing chargeback blocking, and assisting with Accounts Receivable and Credit Control processes while focusing on improving processes and systems
• oversee payroll payments and accounting for over 200 employees across the UK, Romania, USA, and Canada, supported by external payroll bureaus
• work closely with the People Operations Team to manage all payroll changes and support benefit schemes
