- produce customer-facing documentation and materials for formal RFx responses
- develop Implementation Management and Operations Management plans
- assist in collating business requirements and identifying deliverables and potential gaps during formal procurement
- conduct impact analysis on business requirements, working closely with internal stakeholders and partner organisations to establish solutions and understand their impacts
- collaborate with internal teams, such as Product Management, Engineering, and Service Delivery, to develop Solution Architectures, workflow, Processes, and Delivery plans
- work with partner organisations to ensure clear ownership and formulate solutions that align with customers' business outcomes and technical requirements
- provide guidance and support to the sales team to exceed customer expectations
- support Project Management and Service Delivery teams in mapping outcomes to quality assurance delivery plans
