Responsibility
- marvin's is a expanding collection of Soul and Motown bars across the Fylde Coast
- A very exciting opportunity is available at our Poulton venue
- if successful, you will have a range of duties, including administrative, leadership and practical tasks
- we are looking for a talented, charismatic and highly driven Assistant Manager - This will be an all encompassing role assisting our General Manager with the operation of the funkiest bar in Poulton
Requirements
- strong previous experience in a management or supervisory role
- bar and cocktail trained
- uncompromising high standards
- exceptional customer service
- A desire to lead, motivate and drive staff members at all times
- excellent organisational and administration skills
- charisma, enthusiasm and outstanding people skills
- A willingness to learn and desire to constantly develop
