Responsibility

  • manage a portfolio of accounts
  • plan, manage and update social media accounts for the agency and its clients – writing creative content and growing the following
  • build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • project manage digital projects such as web design/development and email campaigns
  • manage key relationships within the team to provide a seamless delivery of services
  • processing orders for clients
  • ensuring briefs are followed by the design team
  • proofing artwork before it goes to print

Requirements

  • excellent grammar and spelling
  • experience of MailChimp, SEO and PPC campaigns
  • great communication skills - client liaising and meetings will be a large part of the job
  • previous agency experience would be advantageous
  • ability to manage your own workload
  • time management and organisational skills
  • attention to detail
  • experience in a fast-paced office environment
