Responsibility
- assisting with the replacement and maintenance of boiler efficiency systems and other mechanical equipment and components on site
- be responsible and accountable for the site tool truck and all contents
- be responsible and accountable for the site tool vans and all contents
- control, management and maintenance of the tooling and equipment issued to the MARTIN Service teams
- manage and maintain the tooling and equipment issued to the MARTIN Service teams
- read technical schematic drawings and engineering documentation
- read technical drawings and engineering documentation
- perform plant and component inspections using measuring equipment such as rules, vernier callipers, protractors, and torque wrenches etc
Requirements
- minimum 2 years’ operations or maintenance experience in utility power plants and/or energy-from-waste facilities
- familiar with power facility primary components
- capability to read and interpret technical drawings
- full UK driving licence with the ability to travel
- must have the right to work in the UK
- must have strong written and oral communication skills
- education: Further Education A Levels, BTEC, Bachelor Degree
- must have a positive polite attitude and strong interpersonal skills
