- first point of contact for customers – onsite and over the ‘phone
- able to manage pipelines containing potential/multiple prospective customers
- proven to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- ideally experienced within Senior Living and lifestyles
- full driving licence, and the flexibility to visit other sites
- able and willing to work a 6-day rota, to include Weekends, with a day/s off in the week
- able and willing to work a 7-day rota, to include Weekends, with a day/s off in the week
