Responsibility
- martin Environmental Services Ltd is a friendly and fast-growing provider of mechanical and electrical building services based in Rochester, Kent
- consult with The Board and take an active role in the development and implementation of a Company HR Strategy
- salary will be in the range of £45,000 to £50,000 per annum
- play an active role in supporting the effective management of change across the firm
- raise awareness of employee engagement and wellbeing to support staff performance and the ability to put this into practice
- to help support our rapid growth, we need to recruit an HR Manager to provide commercially minded leadership and expertise on a wide range of Human Resource issues, who can lead in the development and implementation of a Company HR Strategy and who has a level of personal warmth, empathy, and approachability that encourages employees across the organisation to seek them out for advice and counsel
