Responsibility

  • duties will mainly consist of "onsite" work including re-active maintenance within private domestic properties, public sector buildings and social housing
  • A clean driving license is essential and you will be subject to an enhanced DBS check
  • preferred age 25 plus due to restrictions with the fleet insurance policy
  • you will also work on large, planned works projects such as window/door replacement schemes, fire door/fire stopping works and any other contracts the company enters
  • the role is perfectly suited to an individual with an extensive joinery background and a good general knowledge of various other trades such as glazing, locksmith services, plastering and minor building works etc
  • the successful candidate must be highly customer focused and be able to liaise directly with customers, sub-contractors and residents ensuring our high level of customer service, attention to detail and quality of service is maintained
