manage own and plan adjacent shifts so that budgets are met or exceeded
establish clear & documented handovers from your shift. Clearly understand issues and achievements from your shift, with productivity/accuracy/issues documented
to consistently deliver an accuracy level for all customers by managing the credit process
ensure that staff are trained and competent to carry out tasks assigned to them and manage under performance
ensure our drivers are ambassadors for the company, and are suitably attired and presentable to both customers and the public
ensure all assessments / appraisals are carried out on all staff on a six monthly basis

Requirements
previous experience of managing teams in a similar FMCG operation to include experience of unionised environments
