  • an opportunity has arisen to join Marston’s PLC Group Estates Team as a Regional Building Surveyor
  • this is a permanent, field based, full time position
  • marston’s PLC is a listed company in the UK with assets in excess of £1.8bn
  • the main focus of the Building Surveyor is to deliver a professional Maintenance provision to our pub, hotel and bar portfolio
  • responsible for the day to day management of reactive and compliance based repairs across all pub formats
  • this role will require extensive travel across the region with regular visits to the Wolverhampton head office
  • delivery of schedules of dilapidations and larger scale maintenance projects
