Responsibility

  • marston Foods is an award-winning, leading manufacturer of top-tier hand-made desserts, developing, producing and delivering private label products
  • the Technical Compliance Officer will report to the Technical Manager and become a crucial part of our technical team
  • assist with all audit close out requirements and corrective action reporting
  • 11. Assist the TM and QAS with customer complaint investigation reports and actions to help reduce consumer complaints
  • 12. Complete full traceability and mass balances of products and ingredients within required time lines and identity any areas of non-conformity where encountered

Requirements

  • previous experience in a food manufacturing environment, preferably in a Quality or Technical role
  • strong personality with good administration skills who can prioritise job tasks
  • good personal and communication skills. Must be able to work as a team and as an individual
  • experience of managing BRC Quality Management System
  • minimum requirement of certificate in HACCP Level 2
  • internal audit experience and qualification
  • experience with both being audited and completing audits
