Responsibility
- we have a vacancy for a Waking Nights Worker at our service in Brockley SE4
- this service is home to 21 young women with a curfew in place
- one week you would work Friday and Saturday nights, the next week you would not work and so on
- you would be required to work 2 nights every other week on a Friday and Saturday nights starting work at 10pm and finishing at 8am
- you would be expected to ensure the wellbeing of our residents during the night and do regular checks within the building as well as dealing with any issues that arise
- there is an on call manager if there are any situations that occur where you may need support and you will be given a full induction and ongoing training to develop your skills
