Requirements
- understanding of Microsoft operating systems Windows XP - 10, including all versions of Windows server from 2008 to 2019
- knowledge of core server technologies and domain configuration and management, including DNS, DHCP, AD, GPO, SMTP, and SSL
- support and administration of Firewalls
- knowledge of Office 365 security/migration/integration
- networking skills, including VLANs, Routing, VPN, WIFI technology, Firewalling and port forwarding
- experience of working with multiple hardware providers
- good experience of SAN architecture and implementation
- excellent practical hands on skills required for site visits and hardware installations
Responsibility
- over the phone technical support to end users and using remote support tools , this requiring good communication and documentation skills
