Responsibility
- we are seeking to add an Demi Chef De Partie to our hard working and friendly team at Junction 28
- likewise it is a fantastic working environment to work in for experience chef with fixed hours and working schedule
- preparing, cooking and presenting dishes within your speciality
- the opening hours for the restaurant are Wednesday - Sunday. We are closed Monday and Tuesday every week
- helping the sous chef and head chef to develop new dishes and menus
- ensuring you and your team have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety
- monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins
- the successful candidate must have a passion for food and take pride in everything they do to provide the best possible experience for the guests
